Abstract
This study tackles ‘Arab bravery’ as a concept handled by the linguist Ibn- Jinnī and the critic Ibn al-’Athīr. It investigates how they approached this concept and the topics subsumed under it. This paper also examines how Ibn- Jinnī and Ibn al-Aṯīr dealt with notions of Arab bravery.
