Abstract
Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of mercy to the worlds, our Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and those who followed him with charity to the Day of Judgment.
Bakr Bin Muhammad Bin Baqiah Bin Wael al-Mazni (249 AH) is a linguistic and Syntax scholar in the Hegira third century. This research seeks to collect the syntactic and morphological views of Abu Othman al-Mazni that approved and rejected by al-Suyuti in his his “Hama' al-Hawami'” Book (911 AH). The researcher has studied, analyzed and attested these views and started the research with introduction about the beginning of the Syntax schools at al-Basrah and other schools. The research includes two topics:
The first: The views of Abu Othman al-Mazni that were approved by al-Suyuti.
The second: The views of Abu Othman al-Mazni that were rejected by al-Suyuti.
The research concludes with the most important results and recommendations followed by the sources and references.
