Abstract
The study aimed to highlight the sanctity of the land of Palestine as an Islamic
endowment with contemporary dimensions, especially in light of the conflicting
opinions of the jurists on the one hand، or researchers and specialists on the other
hand، about the sanctity of the land of Palestine and its consideration as a pure
endowment land. The study highlighted that there are many allegations about
Israeli practices against Islamic endowments in Palestine through the demolition
and confiscation operations that it exercises against these endowments، where
some parties and entities make several allegations in this regard.
The study answered the question: Is all the land of Palestine considered an
endowment? This is what this study concluded، contrary to those who say that the
land of Palestine is not all endowment, which this study refuted. The study used
the historical method to clarify and track the claims in the endowment of Palestine
and its historical and religious status throughout the ages. It also used the inductive
and analytical method to extrapolate the multiple jurisprudential texts related to
the subject of Islamic endowment، especially Palestine as an Islamic endowment.
