Abstract

This study aims at investigating the impact of integrating Research Design and
Curriculum Evaluation in Curriculum and Instruction academic program at al-Najah
National University. In order to investigate the impact, the researchers thoroughly used
the ANCOVA test. The study sample was consisted of 49 students (males and females)
and selected randomly from all the students who enrolled in the courses in the same
semester. 2 groups (excremental and control) were formed for each course. The
experiential group studied each course based on integration curricula through problem
solving, and the control group studied each course based on problem solving. The study
used the achievement test and the content of each course was redesigned for the purpose
of the study. The results reveled that there was a statistical significant difference between
the control and the experimental group in favor of the excremental group.
