Improvement of the performance of Directorates of Education in Palestine in the light of Restructuring

Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the reality of the development of performance
Directorates of Education in Palestine in the light of the entrance to the restructuring in
the second semester of the year (2013/2014) and to determine the impact of the variables
of gender, housing, job, and qualification, and experience in the assessment of the reality
of the development of performance Directorates Education in Palestine. The researcher
has used the questionnaire tool for the study, consisting of (57) paragraph divided into
three areas and has verified the veracity of the study tool and stability where the overall
reliability coefficient (0.97). The study sample consists of 263 male and female
employees of the administrative staff in the departments of education in Palestine, and
(224) Head of the Department. The study findings to get the professional field at a high
degree of influence, while the area of administrative and field personnel on the degree of
influence of the average, as shown by the results of the study and statistically significant
differences in the reality of the development of the district is due to the field of
qualification for the Masters. The findings also show that there are no differences on the
level of specialization; The researcher recommends to work on the development of
government for the Directorates of Education, and the promotion of decentralization in
the work of the directorates.
