Abstract
In this article I talk about the legal regulations related to the still-born embryos, those embryos which are born dead or die immediately at birth after making a strong yell. I have already discussed the washing, dressing, praying over, and burying of those embryos. I have also talked about giving such embryos names, and whether he or she is entitled to any inheritance or a will, or whether it is allowed to endow anything in his name. This study has reiterated my firm conviction that Islam cares for human beings from cradle to grave.
