Abstract

The study tries to focus on the uniqueness of the novel alMutashai'l  from an artistic view of point. The assumption is that the novel includes special connections with literary heritage from previous literatureو it also assumes at the same time abscense of these connections. And thus, the researcher tries to have a deeper look on the different literary tools which the writer have used to get to this high level of creativity and acceptance; which made the novel a model of a modern novel; thanks to its structure and literary tools. We will put a high emphasis on the element of place شهف as it plays a main role in the novel.
