Abstract

IzAlDeen Al-manasra is considered one of the Palestinians’ poets who insists to communicate ‎with the heritage, especially the heritage and the historical symbols of Canaanite. He ‎deepens his relation with the heritage through his communication with ‎‎ the Canaanite civilization and rebuilds the Canaanite civilization through his ‎poetry which reflects the problems of the Palestinian people and the Arab nation. He ‎lays the ground for the poem of the Canaanite civilization as an attempt to re-vitalize the initial assets of Canaan glory and history and to stop all the attempts of effacement by the Zionist enemy. Al-manasra manages to relate ‎the past and the present of the history reflecting the reality that the Palestinian people were deeply rooted in the earth since ancient times.‎
