Abstract

Many people and institutions owe many people and institutions some debts, whether each
of these debts is big amount of money or small one, immediate or suspended, payable with
a guarantee or payable with doubt, or future-paid by cash money or checks or stocks. The
question arises whether all forms of debts must be subject to Zakat and if they must, how
the Zakat is going to be executed with respect to all these kinds of debts. This research will
tackle some of issues related to these questions.
