The phenomenon of school violence has increased in Israeli society in general and among the Arab youngsters in the Arab community in particular. The spread of the phenomenon, though slow, in Arab schools necessitates systematic educational activities and interventions.
This new situation is extremely worrying for the Arab society and it alerts the educational system to combat such worrying phenomenon by reducing its impact and scale of aggravation.
This research aims at highlighting the factors which bring about the spread of this tragic phenomenon in terms of the socio- economic condition of the students. By highlighting and exposing the factors which cause violence, we might assist teacher training colleges in producing and designing several projects to reduce violence. Establishing such effective frameworks will, undoubtedly, contribute to qualifying skilled personnel who can effectively deal with the situation.
