Abstract

This study deals with the juristica laws of the methods of evidence in the Islamic Jurisprudence. Researchers are well aware of the importance of the juristical laws, because they nurture the juristical expertise of the researcher. They also help him study modern issues and come up with legal solutions for such issues through deduction (interpretation, exegesis) and addition. In addition, this study helps one have a better control over juristical issues. I have chosen the subject of evidence in particular, due to its practical importance in the life of people. It helps them prove their rights and preserve them. I have begun with the first and most important method of evidence, called Iqrar, “confession” (avowal ,admission).  The study will be presented over a series of  articles.
