The formation of the narrative text in “Dear Respectful One”: A philosophical, social and real novel

Abstract
This study aims to explore different the messages and meanings of the novel “Dear Respectful One” such as the close social meanings, floating phenomenon on the surface, and other philosophical implicit and distant ones, such as the meaning of meaning in light of what the Arab reality witnesses in general and the Egyptian reality in particular, especially in the recent decades, great transformation in different domains of life: social, political, educational, economic, intellectual and technical due to diverse local subjective and external objective factors . The Arab novel was a pioneer among the other literary and artistic genres in monitoring those transformations and expressing fully the character of modern time. This was due to special causes such as the novel’s close relation with society, the openness of the novel text to people’s life, in the sense of its close connectedness with their social issues and living concerns, on the one hand, and what the novel enjoys of literary spaces and artistic energies, on the other. Moreover, the novel as a genre still very seductive and this is what explains the demand increase on reading the novel which is the most widespread among the arts, in the current time.
Furthermore, the study aims at the realization of the art objectives, that is, awakening the self and gaining catharsis. If we were to wonder about the effect of the fine arts, we would observe that the art content includes every content of the self and the soul and the objective of the arts is to reveal to the soul about everything essential, great, real and sublime present in it.
