AL-Qasemi Journal of Islamic Studies is a peer reviewed international scholarly journal published by the Department of Graduate Islamic studies, AL-Qasemi College. The journal is dedicated to the scholarly study of all aspects of Islam and the Islamic world. Particular attention is paid to works dealing with history, geography, political science, economics, anthropology, sociology, law, literature, religion, philosophy, international relations, environmental and developmental issues, as well as ethical questions related to scientific research. The journal is also deeply committed to the publication of original research on Islam as a culture and a civilization. It particularly welcomes works of an interdisciplinary nature that bring together history, religion, politics, philosophy and jurisprudence. The AL-Qasemi Journal welcomes contributions in English and Arabic that display theoretical rigor and critique in the humanities and social sciences.
