Abstract

Research in the field of Learning disability in the Israeli Arab Sector is relatively new. The objective of this research is to examine how Arab teachers and Arab students with learning disabilities relate to and evaluate the social emotional, educational and behavioral characteristics. The research has examined how teachers evaluate students with learning disabilities compared to nondisabled ones. The research has also examined experiencing a sense of coherence, Loneliness, positive and negative moods among students with learning disabilities in the Arab sector. Besides, the relations between the sense coherence, loneliness and mood have also been examined. Differences among both groups of students with and with out learning disabilities have been examined as well, taking into account gender differences.
