Abstract

This study aimed at investigating the reality of the application controls in the learning organization in UNRWA schools in the West Bank. The sample consisted of 84 male and female principals. The study was conducted in the second semester of the academic year 2011/2012. For achieving the study purposes a  questionnaire was used. It included 59 items distributed at 5 dimensions (factors). In the light of the study, the reality of application controls in the learning organization was medium .In addition, the results showed there were significant differences according to gender in favor of female principals. Also, there were significant differences according to the scientific qualification in favor of the B.A.  There were  no significant differences according to the specialty variable in all dimensions except for the systems thinking on the favor of the scientific faculties variable and  no significant differences according the administrative experience on all dimensions.
