Abstract

The objective of this article is to present principles and identification ways for revealing and developing skills, competences and knowledge by the organizational person, which are not necessarily required  to his formal work or his affiliation. However, his discoveries and development can contribute to the organization and his colleagues, directly or indirectly, now and in the future. This gains support on the assumption that maximal disclosure of the personal empowerment, potential in the organization, and the exploitation of benefits of the individual and the organization elements together, constitutes a further resource to the organization, as an extra support to its components and raises its additional value.
