Internet Use and the Motives of Al-Qasemi Students.

Abstract
This study aims at identifying internet use and the motives for use in Alqasemi Academy Students. It also examines the correlation between gender and some other variables, such as intensity of use, daily duration use and preferred times for that use. The sample consisted of 99 students selected randomly.
The study came to the following conclusions.
- using the Internet for information search is in the first place.
- Chats, Messengers and ICQ (Immediate messages) are very high frequency usage.
- News in the internet is the less important motive for using the internet.
- There are no statistic differences in some area of internet uses. This is due to sex variable.
There are no statistic differences in each area of internet uses which are due to the training or specialization
