المهارات التعليمية القيادية لدى المعلمين العرب في المدارس العربية في إسرائيل

Abstract

   This study aimed at determining the importance of various leadership instructional skills for Arab teachers as perceived by teachers and principals at Arab schools.  A random sample of (380) teachers and (61) principals was chosen.   A 41-item questionnaire was designed for the study; its validity and reliability were determined.

    The results showed that "big" importance was given to leadership instructional skills related to communication, planning, leadership, evaluation, creativity, and professional development, and "moderate" importance was given to execution.  Also, results show significant differences among the sample's ratings with regard to the importance of identified skills due to job, experience
