Abstract

Teachers are the human and professional infrastructure in the education system. Their significance, therefore, is crucial in each process of educational renewal (Goodlad, 1994), and their methods of instruction forms a central link in such process (Goodlad, 1994; Sarason, 1995).

Since the penetration of the new technology into the education system, the role of the teachers in the process of learning and teaching turns to be more integrating technology and computerization (Egar et.al, 2004). For teachers to satisfy the requirements of the system with successful use in technology, teacher education is necessary and that includes continuous completion courses and active teaching practicum.

The goal of teacher education that integrates computerized technology is to provide teachers with new tools and new skills assisting them in the future if they are interested in enhancing instruction according to the latest technological developments and the requirements of the system.
